Gainford Carehomes will be taking part in Nutrition and Hydration Week 2019 which takes place between 11th-17th March. Nutrition and Hydration is a big part of our residents' wellbeing and the event aims to help raise awareness and educate people on the value of food and drink in maintaining health and wellbeing in health and social care.
