Glenbrooke House offers support for both younger and older adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.

Our dedicated team is fully trained in supporting people and they take the time to understand each resident as an individual. We work closely with residents and their families to ensure their needs, preferences and wellbeing remain at the heart of the care we provide.

The home is supported by external professionals such as dentists, opticians, chiropody as well as district nursing services.

There is always something to look forward to at Glenbrooke House, we organise a varied programme of activities and events, including daily activities, entertainment, and day trips, giving residents opportunities to socialise, enjoy new experiences and spend time doing the things they love.

Residents have access to the garden which spans around the building, is fully wheelchair accessible. Residents enjoy gardening and potting seasonal plants.

Senior Carers support colleagues, domestic staff, and maintenance staff work together to keep the home safe, comfortable, and well maintained. Residents are also served nutritious home cooked meals tailored to their dietary needs and personal preferences.

We welcome families and visitors throughout the day; the Manager operates and open-door policy and holds regular relative and residents’ meetings throughout the year.
